VIAL PASTEURISATION TANK
| | Designed and constructed by Sotril :
- 2 isolated tanks made from 316L stainless steel, integrated in the production line
- 1 unit fitted to the tanks : 5640 long, 500 wide, 800 high, with 5 doors
- Temperature : 89°C - 91°C
- Transfer : capacity of 360 crystallizing dishes/hour, each maintained at 89°C for 2 min
- Complete cycle time from start of pasteurisation to the washing of the vials : 7 min |
